Enterprises use Leased Lines to interconnect their important nodal centres such as primary data centre, back up site, call centre and regional hubs. Hence circuit uptime and scalability-on-demand becomes most important.
Leased Line is the oldest and most basic data connectivity service but is still popular among Enterprises. Reliance Leased Line service suite not only provides the traditional version of leased line but also some of the more advanced flavours that are required by enterprises for different business applications.

Hotspot & Networking
Lemongrass Networks Hotspot meets the needs whether it is a single hotel or an expansive resort or hotels in multiple locations/cities. The freedom to manage your hotspot based on your business needs is a key consideration behind the design goal. A guest can be given a roaming facility with the same userid and password, across all the properties of hotel chain. The design takes care of Hotel Chains including Franchisee models.
It has been designed to meet all needs of wired and wireless internet solution right from Authentication, Authorization, Accounting (AAA) to Billing. This software, in operation since 2005, has an exceptional track record on reliability.
We can integrate with the hotel’s PMS (Property Management System) to deliver post-paid solutions. You can have any number of Pre-paid or Post-paid Tariff Plans. The tariff plans could be based on Time or Volume or Speed or a combination of any one these three.
For single hotspot location (a single hotel):
The software will be installed in a PC/Sever with two NICs. One NIC is connected to Internet router and another NIC is connected to either Wired Network or WiFi network. All the Internet traffic will flow only through the hotspot server. When the user tries to access Internet the hotspot server will catch the traffic and insert the login page. The login page will prompt the user to enter username and password. You can specify at the foot note of the login page as 'Please contact reception for getting WiFi Tickets'.
Each ticket is printed with randomly generated username and password. You can design any number of prepaid plans for example; 1 hour ticket is valid for 100 MB and the users can go only up to 512Kbps. Likewise, You can create any number prepaid plans with the below limit
Time Limit (eg. 1 hour, 1 day, etc)
- Data Limit (eg. 100MB, 1GB, etc)
- Bandwidth Limit (eg. 512Kbps, 1Mbps, etc)
You can print any number of tickets, for example, in a single A4 sheet, you can print 10 ticket and cut these tickets and distribute through receptionists.
If the hotel feels it is inconvenient to print and distribute the tickets, the hotspot server can be integrated with the Hotel Management Software (such as IDS, WinHMS, etc) and the user will be authenticated with the 'Room Number and First Name (or Last Name or etc).
